I’ve heard a lot of how well this detangles, smells and moisturizes. When I tried it, it smelled really bad & I ended up washing it out before applying it to the rest of my hair. Honestly, I think I just got a bad batch, which speaks to how natural the ingredients are (unfortunate in this case but overall a good thing). Also, I know they’re different species of roses so it’s hard to say for sure if it just went bad or if it’s the specific type of Rose picked. For example: I love Damascus roses, but not the smell of rose absolute. Because of all the good things I’ve heard about it. I’ll probably try to purchase it again in the future. This is just my first time experience. (4a-c hair /normal porosity for reference)

I love flora curl but this particular product I’m afraid has a horrible smell and feels greasy to use. I’ve been unable to continue using it.

My curls are back!

I never write reviews but thought I must as these products are so good. My hair though naturally very curly had become straighter and frizzy, a combination of years of using heat and probably mid life hormonal change. I never thought that just using a couple of new products could have such a dramatic effect, but it has! The foam and activating curl cream are so good, not heavy or sticky or leaving any residue crispy effect on hair which all the other mouses always do if you want it to hold the curls. My hair looks great even a week after initially washing it, and that’s in the winter too when it’s most likely to be frizzy. Absolutely brilliant, made up to have nice hair again.

Smells like a flower

Honestly it’s an ok spray.. smell like a wild flower. I really don’t know any extra enhancement towards my curls with that spray. It’s fair.. that’s it..
