We provide subsidised international shipping rates. Flat rate shipping starts from €5.95. Go to checkout to view the localised rates to your destination. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. 

We ship all standard orders within the EU below €150 with the duties prepaid, so you can get your order right to your door with no customs delays or extra fees.

Please note that for express shipping orders, custom duties might apply.

  • What happens after my order?

      Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to process your order for shipping within 1-2 working days.

      Please note that order processing times will be longer during the holiday period. This is currently 3-5 working days.

      You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included. 

      Orders are processed for shipping on working days (Monday - Friday and excluding U.K. public holidays). 

      Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier.

  • Where is my order?

      Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a link to track your order.

      If you are based in the U.K., your order will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. However, during busier periods this might take longer. 

      Orders destined for the rest of Europe usually arrive within 15 business days. For orders going to the rest of the world, please allow up to 25 business days.

      Most items arrive within the estimated delivery times stated above. If you have not received your item in the usual time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. However you can please e-mail us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • How do I return an item?

      The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

      To submit a return request: 

      1. Log in to your account

      2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

      3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

      4. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

      Please note that we will not cover your cost of returning the item to us.

      Once your returned item has been received, the item value will be refunded to your original form of payment and you will be notified via e-mail. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

      If you wish to return a product that was purchased anywhere other than floracurl.com, please reference that specific retailer's return policy for instructions on how to do so.

  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

      Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as we want you to receive your products and use them. We try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors such as rough shipping and handling by the courier are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

      If your order was placed through floracurl.co.uk, please contact us at hello@floracurl.com with your order number, a picture of the outer package, the product and description of the damage. We will advise you of the next steps.

      Upon our confirmation of the damage, at your choice, you will receive a replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • What happens if I miss a delivery?

      If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier and they will attempt to deliver the next business day up to 3 times.

      For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect or non-existing delivery address, it can take any time up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the original cost of shippingwill be issued to you. 

      Alternatively, your order can be re-shipped at a shipping cost.

  • Do you ship to my country?

      We currently ship from the U.K. to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates. Please update the check out page with your address for shipping rates.

      If you would like to ship to the Americas, you can switch to our floracurl.com website through the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
