We provide subsidised international shipping rates. Flat rate shipping starts from €8.95 or free when you spend over €75. Go to checkout to view the localised rates to your destination. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. 

We ship all orders within the EU below €150 with the duties prepaid, so that you can receive your orders without additional fees.

  • What happens after my order?

      Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to process your order for shipping within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included. 

      Orders are processed for shipping on working days (Monday - Friday and excluding U.K. public holidays). Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier.

      Please note that once your order has left for shipping and is in the hands of the postal courier, Flora & Curl cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays.

  • Where is my order?

      We can’t wait for you to get your hands on the products! We aim to process your order for shipment within 1-2 working days. Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a link to track your order.

      If you are based in the UK, your order will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders destined for the rest of Europe usually arrive within 15 business days. For orders going to the rest of the world, please allow up to 25 business days.

      Most items arrive within the estimated delivery times stated above. If you have not received your item in the usual time, don’t worry as delays do occasionally occur. However you can please e-mail us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • I placed a pre-order. What can I expect?

      We are pleased about the demand for our products, and provide the option to pre-order it so that we can allocate your order.

      If you have placed an order for an item that is currently on pre-order, please allow the lead time shown on the product page for your full order to be shipped. 

      Please note that we are unable to ship partial orders and therefore the item within a bundle or order that is on pre-order will be shipped with the rest of your order to support our warehouse efficiency while ensuring you are one of the first to receive the item when it becomes available. 

  • What if I didn't get the results I expected?

      We'd absolutely love to support you in getting the best out of your products!

      We also have helpful video tutorials available for all of our product ranges showcasing application and results on different types of textures.

  • What is your return process?

      We take the risk out of finding the right products, as we know that it can be a journey. Which is why we offer a 30 Day Curl Satisfaction Guarantee.

      Should you wish to return an item for a refund, we are happy to help. Please initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order in order to qualify.

      How do I return an item?
      We've made it easy! To initiate a return, simply enter your email and order number in our returns portal to get started. This will guide you through our automated process.

      Please note: Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs and any original shipping costs.

      Once your return is received, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 10 business days and you will be notified via e-mail.

      If you wish to return a product that was purchased anywhere other than floracurl.co.uk, please reference that specific retailer’s return policy for instructions on how to do so.

      Sale Items

      Products purchased during store-wide promotional event sales are final sales and cannot be returned for a refund. They are excluded from our Curl Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

      Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as we want you to receive your products and use them. We try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors such as rough shipping and handling by the courier are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

      If your order was placed through floracurl.co.uk, please contact us at hello@floracurl.com with your order number, picture(s) and description of the damage. We will advise you of the next steps.

      Upon our confirmation of the damage, at your choice, you will receive a replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • What happens if I miss a delivery?

      If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier and they will attempt to deliver the next business day up to 3 times.

      For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect or non-existing delivery address, it can take any time up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the original cost of shipping will be issued to you. 

      Alternatively, your order can be re-shipped at a shipping cost.

  • Do you ship to my country?

      We currently ship from the U.K. to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Jersey, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates. Please update the check out page with your address for shipping rates.

      If you would like to ship to the Americas, you can switch to our floracurl.com website through the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.

      We ship all standard orders within the EU below €150 with the duties prepaid, so you can get your order right to your door with no customs delays or extra fees.

      Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges related to shipments, if they apply.
