Less effective

I have loved the volumizing foam for my fine thin hair. I had several bottles with the old packaging. I am not sure if there was a reformulation, but this new bottle does not have the same hold as the other bottles I had. My hair is limp.

I pulled out my older bottle and used the exact same amount in the wash day. My old results were back.
