Hydration Delight

I am transitioning to natural hair and found my hair was dry in between wash days despite using the LCO method mid-week. I found about this product on a website providing information about the best types of products to use on natural hair. I have not been disappointed. It helps to keep my hair hydrated, juicy and moisturised in between wash days. It will be definitely be one of my staples.

Life changer!!

I have dry/fine 3b/3c hair and normally feel like a need to weigh it down with leave-ins to get *any* kind of moisture! Boy was I wrong! I used this *only* ( with a tiny bit of butter to seal my ends) and my hair is moisturised + bouncy + voluminous for the first time ever!

A must-try

A great cleanser, but still so gentle on the hair. It smells great too.

Best curl products ever!!!

After trying numerous curly hair products I am so thrilled I’ve found this! My hair was feeling lank and frizzy (thanks to lockdown no haircuts!) but these products brought my curls back to life from the 1st use!!!

How To Have Curl Confidence

March 24, 2019

Products For Low Porosity Hair

As a fellow curly girl, we have so many options when it comes to our natural hair. Many naturalistas love to wear wigs, weaves and braids, but allowing your natural curls to flourish with these 4 tips could really help increase your self-confidence.

Love Your Curls

The biggest confidence you can give yourself is to love and embrace the natural hair your were blessed and born with. We are all different and have our own hair journeys, but loving your natural hair will give you all the confidence in the world to express yourself and feel amazing.

A Curly Routine

Sometimes starting with the right routine can give you all the curl confidence in the world. Whether you've found a new moisturising shampoo or conditioner that makes your hair soft, a styler that gives you amazing curl definition, or you've finally discovered the best method for your bomb twist out, our hair does play a part in the way it makes us feel

Time For A Trim Or New Hair Style

Visually seeing a curly cut or new hair style can make all the difference and give you that boost. Make sure to find a hairdresser that is specialised in natural hair specifically to your hair type. Ask questions such as what products to use and how to take care of your curls at home.

Self Care Days

Why not have a self care day? Pick one day out of the week where you can spend some time and pamper yourself. Play and really get to know your hair. Why not apply a face mask, curl up with a good book or movie, and a cup of tea while you deep condition. I promise you'll feel and look amazing.

Naturally yours,

Team Flora & Curl
