If you have placed an order for an item that is currently on pre-order, please allow 1-week for your full order to be shipped. Please note we are unable to ship partial orders. 

United Kingdom

Standard shipping is complementary on all orders over £40 or a flat rate of £3.50 (2-3 working days). Next working day delivery is available for £6.50 if you order before 12pm on the day before. 

Europe
Shipping starts from €8.99 or complementary on orders over €75 (10-15 working days).

Rest of the World
Go to checkout to view the localised rates to your destination (10-25 working days).

Returns
Your order is backed by our 30-Day Curl Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love your purchase in the first 30 days after placing your order, we will issue you a refund! We are confident in the results of our products and stand behind them – and we want you to be satisfied.
