How To Use Your Scalp Soothing Saviours!

Not sure how to use the newbies from our Soothe Me range? Keep calm, we've got it covered for you! Make sure you take a look at how many times you can use each product at the bottom on the post for optimal results. We've also got a tutorial there for you too.

Step one: prep the scalp

Melt away flakes, dirt & buildup with a few drops of our Scalp Refresh Pre-Shampoo Oil. Massage the oil into the scalp & leave on for 5-10 mins with your Insulated Shower Cap.

Key tip

Add a few drops to your Scalp Refresh Massager for an invigorating treatment.

Step two: cleanse the scalp

Relieve your itchy, flaky, scaly, and irritated scalp with your Scalp Refresh Shampoo. Apply a generous amount and massage well into the scalp. Leave on your scalp for 2-5 minutes then rinse out.

Step three: restore the scalp

Calm your scalp and nourish your curls with your Curl Refresh Conditioner to further relieve and soothe. Apply conditioner to the hair and scalp. Place on the Insulated Shower Cap and leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse out.

Key tip

Use your Insulated Shower Cap to open hair cuticles to allow for more moisture.

Step four: relieve the scalp

Keep your scalp soothed on the go with your Scalp Refresh Mist. Part hair to find the irritation and spritz your mist directly onto the scalp for instant relief.

Key tip

You can use this mist as often as needed for relief & moisture during the week.

At anytime: exfoliate

Get to the root of your scalp problems with your Scalp Refresh Massager. Improve blood circulation while gently exfoliating hardened sebum from the scalp.

Good to note

The Pre-Shampoo Oil, Scalp Refresh Shampoo, Scalp Refresh Conditioner can be used weekly. The Scalp Refresh Mist and Scalp Refresh Massager can be used daily; while the Coconut Mint Curl Refresh Clay Wash should only be used monthly.
